Welcome to Red Stallion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and chauffeur services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Red Stallion provides premium chauffeur services across the UK, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers
  • Executive chauffeur services
  • Event and after-party transfers
  • Sports event transfers
  • Workplace commutes
  • Staycation transfers

All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking.

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 How to Book

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, email, or WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to confirmation from Red Stallion.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Once we accept your booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between you and Red Stallion.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including pickup/drop-off locations, date, time, and passenger details.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash. Corporate accounts may be eligible for invoicing terms.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time beyond the included grace period
  • Changes to the agreed route or destination
  • Additional stops not specified in the booking
  • Cleaning fees for damage or excessive mess
  • Parking or toll charges where applicable

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% charge
  • Less than 12 hours notice: 100% charge
  • No-show: 100% charge

5.2 Cancellation by Red Stallion

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicle breakdown, or driver unavailability. In such cases, we will either provide an alternative vehicle or offer a full refund.

For airport transfers, flight delays are not considered cancellations. We track flights and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
  • Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect
  • Not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in the vehicle
  • Ensure all passengers, including children, use appropriate restraints
  • Not exceed the vehicle's maximum passenger capacity
  • Inform us of any special requirements (child seats, accessibility needs) at booking
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured for commercial passenger transport. Our chauffeurs hold valid driving licenses and enhanced DBS checks.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Red Stallion will not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Missed flights, meetings, or events due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
  • Indirect or consequential losses

7.3 Lost Property

While we will make reasonable efforts to return lost items, we are not responsible for property left in our vehicles.

8. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if:

  • The customer is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately
  • The customer poses a risk to the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers
  • The customer provides false information or attempts fraud
  • The customer violates any of these Terms

In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the customer may be liable for any resulting costs or damages.

9. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Red Stallion and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
